Meet Misty

Misty has lived in Whatcom County for 22 years. She moved here because of the beautiful outdoors and stayed to raise her children in this diverse, family-friendly community. As a performing musician, she has met many wonderful people across Whatcom County with different backgrounds, jobs, and ways of life.

Many hardworking families and businesses have been forced to leave Whatcom County due to strict building rules and rising taxes. As your next County Council At-Large member, Misty will protect your homes and businesses. Her four years as a council participant have given her the insight needed to work with all council members for your benefit. As the leader of a local advocacy group, she knows how to respect different opinions while finding solutions that work for everyone. Misty is eager to represent all citizens and create an environment where families can grow and succeed!
